Arena setup
Solar stores arena bounds and spawn points, then uses FAWE to save a schematic and paste copies into the arenas world for matches. Create and configure arenas in the world that contains the arena build.
Create an arena
Section titled “Create an arena”-
Stand in the world containing the build and create an arena:
/arenas create <name> -
Stand at the first corner and set edge
1, then stand at the opposite corner and set edge2:/arenas set-edge <name> 1/arenas set-edge <name> 2 -
Stand at each team’s spawn and set both spawn points:
/arenas set-spawn <name> 1/arenas set-spawn <name> 2 -
For party FFA matches, also set a center spawn:
/arenas set-center <name> -
Save and register the arena:
/arenas finalize <name>
Finalization requires both edges and both team spawns. The center is needed for FFA; it is not required for ordinary team matches. Solar writes the schematic under its data folder at schem/<name>.schem and records the arena in arenas.yml.
Make an arena available to a kit
Section titled “Make an arena available to a kit”Kits select from their maps list. By default, a kit allows every arena (*). To restrict a kit, use /kit set-flags <kit> --maps <arena1,arena2>; arena names are comma-separated with no spaces. See Kits for the other kit flags.
The arena setup commands are player-only. Their permissions are listed in the command reference.
